ACE Sheer Plate to suit Mahlkönig's EK43

ACE engineers had a theory that the sheer plates in the EK43 were work hardening due to the continuous Stop/Start cycles the grinder has to undergo in the modern Specialty Coffee Industry.

In extensive testing, we were able to prove this theory correct and introduced our own sheer plate in the following materials;

• Aircraft Aluminium
• Brass
• Copper

These 3 plates have been proven extremely reliable in cafés all around the world for the past 5 years now and continue to be the sheer plate of choice for many technicians.
